Request Deletion of Selected MUG Data

MUG users can ask us to delete some or all eligible app data without deleting their account.

How to request data deletion

1. Email support@mowurgrass.com with the subject MUG Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address or phone number on your MUG account.
3. Tell us which data you want deleted, such as saved properties, profile photo, job photos, notification history, preferences, or other account data.
4. MUG support may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting data.

Data you can ask us to delete

Depending on your account activity, eligible data may include:

• Profile photo, bio, notification preferences, app preferences, and device notification tokens.
• Saved mowee property details, service-area details, addresses, and location coordinates.
• Uploaded photos that are not required for active jobs, disputes, safety reviews, payment records, tax records, or legal obligations.
• Support or account details that are no longer needed to provide the service.

Data we may not be able to delete immediately

MUG may keep limited records if they are needed for active jobs, payment processing, fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, accounting, tax, or legal compliance. This may include:

• Transaction, payout, refund, chargeback, invoice, tax, and Stripe reference records.
• Job history, messages, reviews, reports, moderation logs, and support records needed to protect users or resolve disputes.
• Records tied to active work, open payment holds, pending payouts, safety reviews, or legal requests.

Retained records are kept only as long as needed. Payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, and legal records may be kept for up to 7 years where required or reasonably necessary. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before normal rotation removes them.

Timing

MUG aims to complete verified data deletion requests within 30 days unless an active job, payment issue, dispute, security review, or legal requirement requires more time.
